Greetings! My name is Rebekah Erway and I’ll be the second summer intern serving at PHBC for the next few months. I just graduated in May from Cedarville University with a degree in Christian Education. I love working with kids and teens and sharing the truth of God’s Word with them. What job that equates to, I’m not exactly sure, but I’m trusting God to open doors for me this fall.

  

I’m a Pennsylvania girl by birth, growing up in a fifty-person Baptist church in the rural mountain-hills of the northeast. I’m also a dark chocolate lover and tea drinker (though I will accept occasional cappuccinos). My family is large; I’ve learned to love spending time with all of my four brothers and three sisters. I also enjoy singing, reading books, being creative, and savoring how cool words are.

  

Most of all, though, I love God, love seeing Him work, and love telling others just how amazing and outstanding and incredible our Heavenly Father is. I’m super excited to work with PHBC this summer and see what God plans on doing in and through Kayla and me. Thank you so much for welcoming me into your family!
