Hello! My name is Angela Farlow and I am currently attending Cedarville University as a communications student. In addition to my major, I am also triple minoring in Bible, public relations, and marketing. I love event planning, organizing, coordination, as well as ministry.

     

Memorial Day, a day set aside for us to remember those who gave their lives in service of our nation and for our freedoms. We also observe Veterans Day, Labor Day, and Independence Day. Additionally, we have numerous monuments in our nation’s capital: the Washington Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and the National World War II Memorial, just to name a few.

 

Let’s be honest: life is hard sometimes. Really hard. We live in a fallen world, contaminated by sin, leading to all kinds of pain and suffering. Of course that wasn’t God’s intention for us. He created paradise for us (Genesis 1-2). But because of the fall (Genesis 3), we’re left with the consequences of a broken world. And Christians aren’t immune to this.

    

Do you remember what takes place in Genesis 6-8? If you’re like me, you’ve heard about it all your life, and you are astounded every time you hear the size of Noah’s Ark. I mean, it was BIG!
