Please turn in your Bibles to Colossians 1:15-23. Last week, we studied Paul’s prayer to God on behalf of the Colossians. He thanked God for their faith in Christ Jesus, their love for one another, and their hope of heaven and eternal life through Jesus. Paul now directs them to see how amazing Jesus truly is.
